Lacrosse 101

In the summer of 2015, the five-time National Lacrosse League champions launched “Lacrosse 101” to teach kids about the game and give them the opportunity to use a lacrosse stick for the first time.

As part of the program, members of the Knighthawks will arrive at school or summer camp with sticks, nets and balls. Each kid will receive lacrosse instruction and one ticket voucher for a 2018 regular season home game.

Lacrosse 101 is the Knighthawks third community program, joining anti-bullying and Healthy Hawks. In two seasons, the programs reached over 6,500 students.
