(February 13, 2017)… The Rochester Knighthawks will hold a February Break Lacrosse Camp from Monday, Feb. 20 to Wednesday, Feb. 22 at Rochester Sports Garden. The three-day camp runs daily from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
Boys ages 6-13 will receive instruction from Knighthawks players Brad Gillies, Dan Lomas, Joel Matthews and Luke Laszkiewicz. The players headline an all-star cast of instructors, which also includes former University at Albany goalie and National Lacrosse League forward Blaze Riorden. The cost is only $99 per camper.
The camp will focus on fundamentals, while introducing players to actual drills used during Knighthawks practices. Goalies will benefit from goalie-specific training with one of the best goalies to come out of the Rochester area in Blaze Riorden. Through fun and challenging drills, each camper will also learn a greater appreciation and love for the game of lacrosse.
