KNIGHTHAWKS OFFERING TEXTING SERVICE

Text-the-Hawks.jpg(November 8, 2018)… The Rochester Knighthawks have partnered with Zipwhip, the original cloud software platform for two-way business texting. By integrating Zipwhip into its overall sales strategy, the National Lacrosse League team will include a communication channel on its business phone number to improve its day-to-day fan engagement.

“We are very excited to be using Zipwhip to enhance our customer service,” said Knighthawks VP of Sales John Catalano. “Zipwhip allows us to streamline sales while also letting fans send us customer service requests on game days.

“As a commitment to enhancing the customer experience, from the moment they purchase their ticket to the final whistle, we are always looking for ways to make being a fan easier and more enjoyable.”

Fans can now text TICKETS to speak with a representative about purchasing season tickets or placing a payment on an existing account. Throughout the season, fans will receive special offers and incentives through text messages, sent directly to their phones.
