Brad Gillies, Dan Lomas and Luke Laszkiewicz were named the co-winners of the Diamond Packaging Community Service Award. The players were rewarded for their commitment to growing the game in the Rochester area, and for their countless hours spent doing community outreach programs.   • (May 23, 2017)… The National Lacrosse Hall of Fame announced today that former Rochester Knighthawks forward Casey Powell has been named one of nine members of the Class of 2017. The official induction ceremony will take place on Saturday, Sept. 23, at The Grand Lodge in Hunt Valley, Md.   • (May 22, 2017)… The Rochester Knighthawks announced the 2017 winner of the team’s Wolf Pack award, which recognizes heart and dedication to the team. This year, the honor was bestowed upon Knighthawks transition man Andrew Suitor. “He is the ultimate team guy and will do whatever it takes to win,” said Knighthawks defenseman Paul Dawson.
